Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?We recommend making an appointment to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins based on availability. However, weekends and evenings tend to be busier, so booking ahead is advised.

What should I wear or bring for my spa appointment?We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing for spa treatments. If you're coming for a massage or body treatment, we will provide you with robes and towels. There’s no need to bring anything, as we provide everything you’ll need during your visit.

Can I bring my child to the salon or spa?We strive to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients. While we do offer services for children, we kindly ask that only those receiving treatments be present in the spa areas to maintain a serene environment.
